How to use

  1. Cleanse and dry your skin — no makeup, no heavy creams.
  2. Fit the silicone eye shields in place.
  3. Choose your light mode and set the timer.
  4. Lie back or recline and relax for the session.
  5. Follow with your usual serum or moisturiser.

Suggested routine: 15–20 minutes per session, several times a week. Light therapy is gradual — most people look for changes over 8–12 weeks of consistent use.

A note on fit

This mask has a strapless design — lighter on the skin and it won't leave marks, but it is meant to be worn lying down or reclined rather than while moving around. Many customers make it part of their wind-down routine for exactly that reason.

Deeper skin tones and melasma: the manufacturer advises focusing on the red light modes and being cautious with the blue mode. If in doubt, speak to a dermatologist first.

Always use the supplied eye shields. Never look directly at the light source. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation or persistent redness occurs.

The controller warms to around 45°C during use — this is normal.
