Processing Time

1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Saudi Arabia & GCC: 7–14 business days
• Australia: 10–18 business days

Delivery times are counted after processing and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel ships.

Free Shipping

Free on orders over 700 SAR (or equivalent).

Customs Duties & Taxes

• Saudi Arabia & GCC: small parcels normally clear as personal imports.
• All other countries: any applicable import duties or taxes are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of the ship date, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice.

Address Accuracy

Providing a correct and complete address is the customer's responsibility. Parcels returned due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping fee.
