Step 2 — Lift. Cleanse first, then this, then your LED mask. Three or four minutes per side is plenty.
How to use
Start on clean, dry skin.
Apply a conductive gel or a water-based serum — microcurrent needs a conductive layer. Never use it on dry skin.
Start at the lowest intensity and work upward only if it stays comfortable.
Glide upward and outward along the jaw, cheeks and forehead. Avoid the eyelids.
Finish with your moisturiser.
Suggested: 5 minutes, 3–4 times a week. Do not exceed the time in the manual.

Have heart conditions, or high or unstable blood pressure
Have had recent facial surgery, injectables or a cosmetic procedure
Have an active skin condition, open wounds, or a history of cancer
Never use over the eyelids, on the throat over the carotid area, or on broken or irritated skin. Stop immediately if you feel pain, burning or persistent redness. The warm head is intended to feel comfortably warm — never hot.
